I have exactly four weeks before I head off to the land of the rising sun for just under three weeks. I hope to do some blogging from there, but it depends on time and access to the internet. As I am preparing my notes, time to blog is also decreasing. I would love to get back with Ted Frank and Tung Yin on the Sup. Ct. discussion, but alas that looks less likely.
